The 16th International Conference on Power and Energy Systems (ICPES 2026) will be held in Xi'an, China from December 4 to 6, 2026. It is hosted by Xi'an University of Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) and IEEE, and undertaken by the International Science and Technology Innovation Center for Simulation Technology.Over the past decade, ICPES has grown into a globally renowned high-level academic event in the field of power and energy systems, attracting numerous participants from all over the world. It has been successfully held in many iconic cities across the globe, and each session has continuously promoted the academic exchange and technological progress of the industry, making important contributions to the innovative development of the global power and energy systems field.

Abstracts are accepted for oral presentation opportunity, not for publication, for those researches which are not ready for publication, you can also send us an abstract only.
Reviewing Process
1. All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
3. Review comments will be communicated to you and you may be required to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.
